During an initial consultation we will talk through why you have chosen to come and see us. We will take you through an initial assessment to gain a better understanding of your problem, provide you with an accurate prognosis and a treatment to finish.

During a follow up appointment, we will continue to treat the problem using variations of joint mobilisations or manipulations, muscular techniques, neural techniques, sports massage or personalised rehabilitation.

Sports Massage
In need of a sports massage? Well, you’ve come to right place! Whether you require light pressure to relieve some tension in your back or some deep tissue work to your legs to loosen some knots, then we can help you.
