If you're actively participating in sport, we recommend that you pick a service from the 'For Players' list. Choosing one of these services is our indication that you are participating in sport, this enables us to consider how our treatment will impact your performance. If you need to cancel, that’s not a problem. If you cancel within 36 hours prior to the start time of your appointment, then a fee is chargeable. We are able to treat children aged 10 and up at the time of an appointment. Patients aged under 18 will need a parent/carer to attend the appointment with them.

We can only treat pregnant patients that are in the first trimester (13 weeks) of their pregnancy at the time of the appointment.

Every insurer is different and will stipulate whether sports therapy, physiotherapy, or massage can be covered by your policy. We recommend that patients speak to their insurer before booking to see if they will cover our treatments. We are happy to provide receipts with our clinician's registration details where appropriate.

Our clinics are at ground level, there are no steps to get from the car park to the treatment rooms. If you have certain access requirements, please contact us to discuss.

Yes. If you're booking on behalf of someone else, please enter their details and not your own.

Our clinicians work hard and their time is valuable. Unfortunately, when patients don't attend their appointments our clinical time is wasted and can't be given to someone else.

We don't offer home visits for our services at this time.

Our equipment allows us to treat patients that weigh up to 250kg.

Patients can book up to three months ahead.

If you haven't visited us before, we only recommend booking a single appointment to ensure that our services are right for you. Other than that, patients can book as many appointments into the future (up to three months ahead) as they like.
