Pilates Classes
How does it work?
Led by our Chartered Physiotherapist Vickie, our mat Pilates sessions are perfect for those that are wanting to build core strength and improve their flexibility at a relaxed pace.
Our classes are booked in blocks of six consecutive weekly sessions. Each session costs £12. We can offer a one-off taster session so that you can try it out before committing to a weekly class. Up to six people can attend a class.
We can provide a mat and the equipment you need, or feel free to bring your own!
