Yes - we assess your movement pattern and use one of or a mix of Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy and Pilates to improve posture and reduce related pain.

Q: Are your treatments suitable for children?

We are able to treat children and young adults aged 10 and up at the time of an appointment. Patients aged under 16 will need a parent/carer to attend the appointment with them.

Q: Do you offer home visits?

We don't offer home visits for our services at this time.

Q: Can you treat me if I'm pregnant?

We can only treat pregnant patients that are in the first trimester (13 weeks) of their pregnancy at the time of the appointment.

Q: Can you help with sporting injuries?

Absolutely - our Sports Therapists are specialists in this area.

Q: Can you help with back/neck/knee/shoulder pain?

Yes! Our team is experienced in treating all kinds of joints, muscles and movement problems - from back and pain knees, shoulders and everything in between.

Q: Do you treat arthritis?

Yes! We can help improve mobility, reduce your pain and keep you active with arthritis.

Q: I’ve had surgery - when should I start a course of treatment with you?

As soon as your consultant allows. All of our therapists are trained to take you from the early stages of rehab. We will guide you through each step of the journey. We find that the sooner that patients come and see us, the better the recovery.

We treat the root cause of your problem, not just the symptoms. Our team will work with you to create a detailed, personalised plan so you get better results that last. We understand that life is busy and taking home a sheet or exercise doesn’t always help!

Should I book an appointment with you before seeing my GP first?

You should see your GP first without booking an appointment with us if you:have a longer or more detailed medical history, visiting your GP prior to your appointment may be beneficial in order to rule out more serious medical conditions and/or injuries. are looking for a referral for a scan, then yes. We cannot refer you. are experiencing any of the following: Experiencing problems with your bladder and/or bowel function.Numbness and/or pins and needles in both legs, or inner thigh area. Pain at rest or at night.Unexplained weight loss and/or sudden decrease in appetite.Night sweats.General malaise (feeling odd or sluggish, out of character).Prolonged use of corticosteroids.Acute vision or balance problems.Fever.Sudden back pain >55 years old or <20 years old.Previous or present history of cancer.If you're not sure, get in touch.

Our equipment allows us to treat patients that weigh up to 250kg.

Is your site accessible to the disabled and wheelchair users?

Accepted Answer

Some of our clinic rooms are at ground level, others are on the first floor. Unfortunately, there isn't a lift in the building but we can make arrangements so that wheelchair users are seen on the ground floor in a larger space. There is a small 8cm high curb at the front of the building, a ramp then leads you to our front door.
