Question 2

Should I book a service from the 'For Players' or ' For Everyone' list?

Accepted Answer

If you're actively participating in sport, we recommend that you pick a service from the 'For Players' list. Choosing one of these services is our indication that you are participating in sport, this enables us to consider how our treatment will impact your performance. Services that appear on both lists are charged at the same rate. If you're not sure which service you need, give us a call on 01243 256672.()

What if I need to cancel or rearrange my appointment?

Are your treatments available for children?

We are able to treat children aged 10 and up at the time of an appointment. Patients aged under 18 will need a parent/carer to attend the appointment with them.

Question 5

Can you treat me if I'm pregnant?

Accepted Answer

We can only treat pregnant patients that are in the first trimester (13 weeks) of their pregnancy at the time of the appointment.

Question 6

Will my health insurance cover my treatment?

Accepted Answer

Every insurer is different and will stipulate whether sports therapy, physiotherapy, or massage can be covered by your policy. We recommend that patients speak to their insurer before booking to see if they will cover our treatments. We are happy to provide receipts with our clinician's registration details where appropriate.

Question 7

Are your sites accessible to the disabled and wheelchair users?

Accepted Answer

Our clinics are at ground level, there are no steps to get from the car park to the treatment rooms. If you have certain access requirements, please contact us to discuss.

Are your treatments suitable for young people?

Accepted Answer

All of our treatments are suitable for children and young adults aged between 10 and 18 at the time of an appointment. Patients aged under 18 will need a parent/carer to attend the appointment with them.

Yes. If you're booking on behalf of someone else, please enter their details and not your own.
